Welcome to Awakenings

Life IS history in the making. Every word we say, everything we do becomes history the moment it is said or done. Life void of memories leaves nothing but emptiness. For those who might consider history boring, think again: It is who we are, what we do and why we are here. We are certainly individuals in our thoughts and deeds but we all germinated from seeds planted long, long ago.

TxtN trns 23 2day. Hw willya celebr8?

r u a txtr? Texting is as common today as waking up in the morning and brushing your teeth! The messages are to the point, abbreviated so without the need of spellcheck or grammar check. It has almost become a language all to itself! Communication on the go at your fingertips is about to enter its 24th year. With that being said...

In a world first, on December 3 1992, an engineer sent the message "Merry Christmas" from a PC to a mobile device using Vodafone's UK network.
This is regarded as the first text message. It has now become one of the most popular forms of communication, with hundreds of thousands being sent every day over both traditional mobiles, and smartphones. It is estimated more than four billion people engage in the art of texting! Through the years, the question has become (and still remains), "When is texting appropriate?" Views on texting vary but it is a well-known fact that texting and driving do NOT mix! Whatever your opinion remember to always watch out for the other guy! Stay safe!

Good mrng evry1 hve a gr8 day!
